Starship C57D travels to planet Altair 4 in search of the crew of spaceship "Bellerophon," a scientific expedition that has been missing for twenty years. They find themselves unwelcome by the expedition's lone survivor and warned of destruction by an invisible force if they don't turn back immediately.

    This is a genuine U.S. Set of 8 Lobby Cards issued by the studio when the film was released and meant for theatrical display. Each one measures 11" x 14". This is a vintage original lobby card set from 1956. Guaranteed authentic. National Screen Service (NSS) issued. An unrestored set of 8 cards in fantastic condition like this one rarely surfaces and commands a premium compared to a restored set. Cards 2, 3, 7 are Near Mint unused. The rest are gently used and well preserved with a few pin holes. Only one card (#8) has a 3" piece of restoration tape on the back right side to repair a small 1/2" tear. The title card has some very light surface scratches that are only noticeable upon very close inspection.
